I’m Tom Wemett (trail name: “Tall Tom”). I’m an avid hiker and back packer and have combined my enthusiasm for the outdoors with my love of photography to bring you exciting nature images from the Adirondack Mountains in NY State, both mine and other photographers.

Most of the images are printed on canvas cloth that is specially formulated for high-end inkjet printers. These printers use acid free archival inks which, when printed on archival media such as Epson’s canvas cloth or watercolor paper, will last a very long time without fading when properly matted, framed and displayed.

The “Painting-like” effect of the canvas cloth is very attractive and unique. I also mat and frame photos and artwork (mine and customers) as part of the services that I offer in my gallery/workshop in Lake Placid, NY. I have a large selection of ready made frames but also offer custom framing services.
